1. 1. Students will identify the impact of independent regulatory agencies in the federal bureaucracy. 

2. 2. Students will examine how power and responsibility are distributed, shared, and limited by the Constitution. 

3. 3. Students will evaluate the influence of American foreign policy on other nations and the influences of other nations on American policies and society.
